Leadership and Management can be challenging, during this training we will explore what is Compassionate Leadership, how can it be effective in day to day work, we will discuss the responsibilities of a Leader and explore our own leadership styles. We also discuss the importance of understanding your own Emotional Intelligence and how your own emotions can play a part in the way you lead others. This course covers a range of subjects including:- • Understanding Workplace Culture • Recognising Closed Cultures • Identifying Signs of Cultural concerns • Emotional Intelligence • Leadership Styles and their application • Succession planning • Delegation of tasks • Learning environments • Resilience Time: 3.5 Hours Please select a date that you would prefer to have (this can be changed after) All bookings are subject to confirmation.
