Emergency First Aid at Work

Service Description

This Emergency First Aid at Work will enable people to be First Aiders at Work, this provides the attendees with the knowledge and skills to tackle most First Aid situations within a workplace, in this we focus on the responsibilities of an emergency first aider, as well as treatment of major and minor injuries and illnesses. This course covers a range of subjects including:- • Responsibilities of a First Aider • First Aid Kits • CPR • Use of AED (Defib / Defibrillator) • Recovery Position • Choking • Wounds and Bleeding • Burns • Shock • Introduction to Auto Injectors (Commonly referred to as Epi Pens) Time: 1 Day (7 Hours) Certificate: Valid for 3 Years (recommended annual refresher) Please select a date that you would prefer to have (this can be changed after) All bookings are subject to confirmation.
