Service Description

This Qualification for Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Children and Young People is aimed at anyone that may come into contact with a person whom may be at risk of abuse or neglect, everyone has the right to be safe and live without the fear of abuse, neglect or exploitation and this course aims to teach you how to recognise the signs of abuse and neglect and what actions you can take to stop this from happening and occurring again in the future. This course covers a range of subjects including:- • Safeguarding Legislation & Guidance • Roles and Responsibilities • Abuse • Neglect • Cuckooing • Radicalisation • Exploitation • County Lines • Multi-disciplinary working • Harm • Identifying Concerns • Making and handling Disclosures • Judgements • Reporting Safeguarding Concerns Time: 1 Day (7 Hours) Please select a date that you would prefer to have (this can be changed after) All bookings are subject to confirmation.
