Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards can be a complex and complicated subject, during this training we will explore both aspects as individuals then bring them together to explain how they work. During this training we will discuss each aspect separately and bring them together, focusing on the management of the process and workshopping scenarios that have taken place. We will discuss about the decision making process and how decisions are to be made and by whom.
