Training Associate (Self-Employed)

We’re looking for Training Associates to deliver engaging and impactful training to care professionals across the UK.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Social Care Experience: A minimum of 4 years working within social care.

Social Care Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a leadership position within the social care sector.

Training Expertise: At least 2 years of experience delivering training to others.

Qualifications: A Level 3 Award in Education & Training (formerly PTTLS) or higher,
-
IT Skills: Medium to high-level proficiency in IT and a willingness to learn new systems.

Travel: An ability to travel around the country to deliver training.
Desirable:

Digital Systems: Extensive experience in implementing and embedding digital systems within organisations (care planning software)

Training Qualification: Assessors award / qualification.

Care Qualification: Level 5 Health & Social Care Qualification.
Your Role
As a Training Associate, you will:

Deliver a variety of training courses, including core topics such as moving and assisting, basic life support, and the Mental Capacity Act, as well as advanced subjects like Train the Trainer programs, dementia pathways, and implementing care IT systems.

Use your creativity and adaptability to deliver training in diverse, engaging, and meaningful ways that inspire learners and achieve key objectives.

Help professionals gain the knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding care.

Daily Rate: While delivering training for us we will pay a daily rate starting at £200 for a whole days training.

Milage: Milage will be paid at .45p per mile.
