What does Northbrook charge for care recruitment?+

We offer a percentage of salary or fixed fee model for one off placements, and a tiered monthly retainer for ongoing partnerships. Use our calculator for indicative figures, or get in touch for a tailored quote.

How long does a typical care recruitment campaign take?+

For senior care roles we usually shortlist within two to three weeks of agreeing the brief, with offers landing inside six to eight weeks. Volume frontline campaigns are faster.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee?+

Yes. Every retained engagement includes a defined replacement window in writing. One off placements include a rebate scale.

What's the difference between retained and contingency care recruitment?+

Contingency pays per placement and rewards speed. Our retained model is a fixed monthly fee with deeper screening, accountability for retention and onboarding follow through to week 12.

Are you experienced with CQC regulated services?+

Yes. Our founder is a former Registered Manager, and Safer Recruitment under CQC Regulation 19 (fit and proper persons employed) sits at the heart of how we screen, reference and document every placement.
