In this comprehensive one-day course, you will acquire essential skills in administering first aid to adults who are injured or unwell until professional medical assistance arrives. While our primary emphasis is on adult first aid, we understand that many participants may have children and infants in their care. Should you wish, we are more than willing to discuss and demonstrate first aid techniques specifically tailored for children and babies. Your safety knowledge will be well-rounded, ensuring you're prepared for various scenarios in your daily life.
