Mental Health First Aid Training

This 2 Day Level 3 Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course will train a person to become a Mental Health First Aider, during this training we will discuss mental health in its entirety, looking at our own mental health and steps in order to take care of it. We will also discuss various mental health conditions and diagnosis and discuss how to support someone experiencing mental ill-health or potentially in crisis.
