The Inspire to Succeed Skills Bootcamp is a 12‑day leadership and management training programme (72 guided learning hours) delivered in Yeovil, Somerset, starting 25th August through to 6th November.

It has been built around the real challenges faced in adult social care today and is ideal for:

  • Deputy managers preparing for Registered Manager roles

  • Larger organisations: 70% funded – from £1,050 per learner
