What we collect

• Enquiries: name, email, organisation and message when you use our contact form.
• Newsletter: email address if you subscribe to our updates (double opt-in).
• Training requests: handled directly by our LMS partner (Edde); see their policy.
• Essential cookies: a small consent flag stored in your browser.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, send you the updates you've asked for, and keep our records. We never sell your data and never share it outside the processors we need to run the service (Microsoft 365 for email, our hosting provider, and our database).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email info@northbrook.org.uk. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link at the foot of every email.

Complaints

If you have a concern, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
