One off placements, done properly.
A single role campaign for when you need senior or specialist expertise without committing to a retained engagement. Same screening standards, same accountability, one clear fee.
How it works
Four steps from brief to start date.
Step 1
Agree the brief
We sit down with you to understand the role, the service and the people who thrive there. We test the salary against the local market before anything goes live, so the campaign starts honestly.
Step 2
Advertise and source
We write and place the advert, search our own network and approach people directly. You approve the brief and the budget before we spend a penny.
Step 3
Screen properly
Every candidate is interviewed against scenarios from your service, not generic competencies. References, right to work and safer recruitment checks under CQC Regulation 19 are completed before anyone reaches your shortlist.
Step 4
Shortlist and support
You meet a small shortlist of people worth your time. We coordinate interviews, manage offers and stay in touch through notice period and start date.
Pricing
One clear fee, agreed upfront.
10% of the candidate's annual salary, with a minimum fee of £1,750.
Half of the fee is paid on placement, the remaining half after three months of continuous employment. 1% Paid as an initial deposit (non-refundable recruitment campaign cost) 4% Paid upon first day of employment 5% paid upon 3 month anniversary of employment.
If the placement doesn't work out, a rebate scale applies. It's set out in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.

One off or retained?
An honest steer.
A one off placement suits a single senior or hard to fill role. If you're hiring regularly through the year, a retained partnership usually works out cheaper per hire and gives you deeper accountability, including follow through to week 12 and a defined replacement window. We'll tell you plainly which fits your situation.

Tell us about the role and the service. We'll come back with an honest view of the market, realistic timelines and exactly what it would cost.
