Armed Forces Day 2026 🙌 A day to celebrate, reflect and most importantly say thank you to everyone who has served and continues to serve in the Armed Forces 🙌 Across the country, people are showing their appreciation for the courage, commitment and professionalism of our military community. That dedication leaves a lasting mark, not just in service, but long after too. There’s also a real sense of pride in recognising how many ex‑armed forces personnel go on to make incredible support workers 👏 They bring calmness under pressure, resilience, teamwork and genuine care for others. The kind of qualities that make a real difference every single day. There’s a personal connection behind this too. Colin, having spent time with the Army Reserves with the Army Air Corps, those experiences taught lessons that still matter now. Resilience when things are tough 💪 Persistence to keep moving forward And even finding a bit of cheerfulness in the face of adversity 🙂 Those values stay with you. The British Army’s standards around respect, integrity, loyalty, discipline, courage and selfless commitment aren’t left behind when service ends. They carry through into everyday life, and especially into care and support roles where trust and compassion matter most ❤️ Today is about pride, gratitude and recognition. Pride in those who serve Gratitude for those who have served And appreciation for the difference they continue to make in our communities Thank you to all who have worn the uniform 🙏

Today, we’re proud to share that we are now delivering training in the use of a LifeVac through our brand new course. Choking is a serious, time critical emergency. But with the right knowledge and tools, you can act quickly and save lives. ❤️ This course has been developed with real world care in mind.
