We're delighted to introduce our new PMVA courses that are delivered as part of the Able Target Systems (ATS), designed to help health and social care teams understand behaviours that may challenge, build confidence and create safer environments for everyone involved. This training isn't just about managing behaviour when it happens. It's about understanding why behaviour occurs, recognising the early signs, reducing risk where possible and giving staff the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond professionally and safely.
